Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure incur a 100% cancellation fee. No shows are charged 100% of the tour cost. Cancellation 24 - 48 hrs prior to departure incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Transfer to another Cruise Whitsundays cruise - no fee.

Swan Valley Tours:

Swan Valley Tours reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient passenger numbers. Swan Valley Tours shall not be liable for any injuries, illness, damage, loss or delay that may be caused to the passenger and/or their belongings whilst on tour.
